Our strength is the careful selection of the best qualities of green coffee, on all major international markets and from the best plantations. We take great care in monitoring the supply chain, visiting plantations in person and acquiring the necessary certificates of origin. Experience and in-depth knowledge of the world market enable us to rely on a network of reliable suppliers of the highest possible quality. Today our offerings include arabica and robusta green coffee and specialty coffee. Upon request we also and a line of roasted coffees and blends, processed by our brand, dedicated to particular projects.<\/p>\n

With an elongated grain, it is cultivated in the Americas and Central Africa, particularly Ethiopia where it originated and where varieties still unclassified grow wild. The higher presence of oils (15\/17%) enhances the complexity and the sugar content (6\/9 %) the smoothness<\/p>\n

Round-grained, it is native to the Congo and today, due to easier cultivation, is also grown in India and Southeast Asia. It contains about 50% more caffeine than Arabica.<\/p>\n

It represents excellence in the coffee world because this definition is reserved only for coffees that have exceeded a score of 85\/100 against the standard developed by the SCAA, Specialty Coffee Association of America.<\/p>\n
